1. Our Order Process

Production Update: Once production has concluded, we’ll send you another email letting you know that your order is nearing completion and to expect a shipping email soon.
Shipping Notification: As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Follow-Up Email: After your order has arrived, we’ll send a follow-up email to check in, ensure everything arrived as expected, and see how you’re enjoying your new VALENT piece.
2. Our Shipping Guarantee
ALL ORDERS FROM OUR DAPPLE TEE COLLECTION WILL BEGIN SHIPPING April 21st EXACTLY 2 WEEKS FROM our site closure on april 7. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill this promise, You are eligible for a full refund—no questions asked.
3. Early Access Timeline
All Early-Access orders are collected within a set timeframe before production begins.
Once the pre-order window closes, we begin production. This process typically takes 2 weeks.
After production, each order is inspected for quality before being packaged and prepared for shipping.
4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Orders will begin shipping as soon as production is complete.
Customers will receive an email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.
Shipping times vary depending on location and chosen shipping method at checkout.
5. Our Money-Back Guarantee
We understand the frustration of waiting endlessly for an order. That’s why we promise that if your order hasn’t SHIPPED WITHIN THAT 2 WEEK TIMEFRAME you are entitled to a full refund.

5. Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic Orders: 3-5 business days ONE SHIPPED.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Since EARLY ACCESS-orders are made-to-order, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE cancellations or modifications ONE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, VALENT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of pre-orders, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 DAYS of delivery for resolution.
